The other day i thought i would become homeless, simply by the amount of noise the 4 fire trucks made. A cigaret lit dry leaves in a restaurant 4 doors down. A nice spectacle paid for by my local taxes!

Books?

With Queen's Day just around the corner, Amsterdam is gearing up for another mondial event. This year Amsterdam was chosen to be the "book capital of the world." I thought i was hallucinating, but it's true! Check out this link. If you can't make it to the world's best party in two days, you might want to check out the city on May 18th, when Amsterdam hosts the largest book market in the world. No fewer than 1,000 stalls with books will wind through the city centre.
